Keto steamed cauliflower is a simple, nutritious low-carb side dish that pairs perfectly with meat, fish, or poultry. Cauliflower is one of the most popular vegetables in ketogenic diets thanks to its low carbohydrate content and versatility. With around 8 grams of net carbs per serving, this basic preparation remains keto-friendly while providing fiber, vitamin C, and important antioxidants. Is cauliflower keto-friendly? Yes. It is low in carbs and can replace rice, potatoes, or other starchy sides in low-carb meals. This gluten-free and sugar-free recipe is ideal as a base for adding butter, olive oil, cheese, or herbs.
