FAQ
Can I use canned lentils?
Yes. Use about 400 g rinsed and drained lentils, skip cooking them in water and add them directly to the seasoned tomato mixture.
How can I bake the sweet potatoes faster?
Pierce them and microwave for 6–8 minutes, then finish in a 220°C oven for 15–20 minutes so the skins become dry and flavorful.
How should I store and reheat leftovers?
Refrigerate the filling and sweet potatoes for up to 4 days, keeping the tahini sauce separate. Reheat at 180°C or in the microwave, then add the sauce.
