- Zucchini - 2 pc
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Heavy Cream - 200 ml
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Parmesan Cheese - 60 g
Directions
Prepare ingredients
Step 1
Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and pat dry.
Step 2
Slice the chicken breast into strips.
Cook chicken
Step 3
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Make Alfredo sauce
Step 5
Add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
Step 6
Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
Step 7
Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Combine & serve
Step 8
Add zucchini noodles and toss gently for 1–2 minutes.
