Ingredientes
- Lentils - 250 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Water - 1000 ml
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 200 g
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Daikon Radish - 300 g

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves; sauté until soft, about 5 min.

Stir in 200 g diced carrots and 300 g diced potatoes; cook 3 min.
Paso 4
Add 250 g lentils and 1 l water; bring to a simmer.
Paso 5
Cook until lentils are tender, about 30 min.
Paso 6
Season with salt, pepper and stir in 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
Paso 7
Serve hot with crusty bread.
