- Vegetable Broth - 1 l
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 tsp
- Fava Beans - 300 g
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Lime - 1 piece
- Chili Powder - 0.5 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Paso 1
Soak fava beans overnight and drain.
Paso 2
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Paso 3
Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Paso 4
Add soaked beans and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
Paso 5
Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes until beans are very soft.
Paso 6
Purée until silky smooth.
Paso 7
Stir in cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Paso 8
Garnish with chopped parsley, cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil and a lemon wedge.

Serve hot.
