- Cocoa Powder - 30 g
- Cornstarch - 30 g
- Milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Vanilla Extract - 5 ml

In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch with 50 ml cold milk until smooth.

In a saucepan, warm 450 ml milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5–7 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour into individual cups or molds.
