- Avocado - 1 pc
- Zucchini - 1 pc
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cilantro - 5 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Lime - 1 pc
- Chili Powder - 0.5 tsp
- Bell Peppers - 2 pcs
- Smoked Paprika - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
- Tortillas - 8 pcs

Slice 2 bell peppers, 1 large onion, 200 g mushrooms, and 1 zucchini into thin strips.

Heat 30 ml olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced veggies and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender-crisp.

Sprinkle with 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 0.5 tsp chili powder, 0.5 tsp salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook 2 more minutes.
