Ingredientes
- Vegetable Broth - 1.2 l
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Peas - 250 g
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Rainbow Carrots - 2 pcs
- Salt - 1 to taste
- Celeriac - 200 g
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté diced onion, carrots and celeriac 5 min.
Paso 2
Add split peas and thyme; stir.
Paso 3
Pour in vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
Paso 4
Reduce heat and simmer 35 min until peas break down.
Paso 5
Season with salt & pepper.
Paso 6
Ladle into bowls and garnish with parsley.
