- Chicken Breast - 400 g
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Batat - 500 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
