Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • - 400 g
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Spinach - 3 cups
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Step 3

    Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Add bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

  • Step 5

    In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and a splash of water.

  • Step 6

    Add cooked noodles to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss to combine.

    Cook for another 2 minutes, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
