- Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Heavy Cream - 1 cup

Step 1
Separate the egg yolks and whites.

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.

In another bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold cocoa powder into the whipped cream.

Beat egg whites separately until they reach stiff peaks.

Combine the egg yolk mixture with the chocolate-cream mixture.

Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites, trying not to deflate them.

Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
