Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato Paste - 1 tbsp
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Tomatoes - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
- Teff - 0.33 cup
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Adzuki Beans - 1 cup
Directions
Step 1
In a pot, sauté onion and garlic in oil until fragrant.

Add rinsed quinoa, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, and salt.

Stir in water or vegetable broth.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until quinoa is cooked.
