1. Description of the Service

Culinum is a digital recipe and meal-planning platform that allows users to discover recipes, save content into personal menus, and access additional premium features through a paid subscription.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by lemonsqueezy.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

lemonsqueezy is responsible for:

• Payment processing
• Tax calculation (including VAT, where applicable)
• Issuing invoices and handling refunds

Culinum does not store or process your payment information directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Culinum are owned by or licensed to Culinum and may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Culinum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
