Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Shrimp - 300 g
- Mussels - 300 g
- Himalayan Pink Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 600 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves until translucent, about 5 min.
Step 3
Stir in 400 g chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp paprika; cook 3 min.
Step 4
Add 600 ml chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Add 300 g shrimp and 300 g mussels; cover and cook 5–7 min until mussels open.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
Cook's Notes
Discard any mussels that remain closed after cooking.
