Ingredients
- Water - 125 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Eggs - 1 pc
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
Step 2
Beat the egg with the water, then pour into the flour.
Step 3
Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth (about 5 min).
Step 4
Divide into 4 portions and roll each very thin (1 mm) into a square.
Step 5
Cut each sheet into ten 8×8 cm squares.
Step 6
Stack with parchment between and use as needed.
Cook's Notes
Keep unused wrappers covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
