Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth - 500 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Cauliflower - 600 g
- Milk - 500 ml
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 150 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt - 1 to taste
Directions
Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pot; sauté 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves 3 min.
Step 2
Stir in 2 tbsp flour and cook 1 min.
Step 3
Gradually whisk in 500 ml milk and 500 ml vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Add 600 g cauliflower florets; cook 10 min until tender.
Step 5
Stir in 150 g shredded cheese until melted.
Step 6
Season with salt & pepper.
Step 7
Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
