Ingredients
- Lentils - 200 g
- Vegetable Broth - 800 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Celery - 2 stalks
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 2 pc
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Sea Salt - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
Step 3
Stir in cumin and paprika; cook 1 minute.
Step 4
Add lentils and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
Step 5
Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes until lentils are tender.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, stir in chopped parsley, and serve hot.
