Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Breast - 2 pc
- Celery - 2 stalks
- Parsley - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 2 pc
- Egg Noodles - 200 g
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Sea Salt - 1 tsp
- Chicken Broth - 800 ml
Directions
Step 1
In a pot, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion, celery, carrots, and garlic until softened.
Step 3
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Stir in diced chicken breast and cook 10 minutes.
Step 5
