Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Chicken Breast - 2 pc
  • Celery - 2 stalks
  • Parsley - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 2 pc
  • Egg Noodles - 200 g
  • Pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • Sea Salt - 1 tsp
  • Chicken Broth - 800 ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a pot, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Sauté chopped onion, celery, carrots, and garlic until softened.

  • Step 3

    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  • Step 4

    Stir in diced chicken breast and cook 10 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Add egg noodles and cook until tender.

  • Step 6

    Season with salt and pepper, then stir in chopped parsley before serving.
