Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth - 800 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 tsp
- Cauliflower - 600 g
- Onion - 1 pc
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Step 3
Add cauliflower pieces and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Cook 15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
Step 5
Puree soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs.
