- Vegetable Broth - 800 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato Paste - 1 tbsp
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 tsp
- Berbere Spice - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 pc
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Lime - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chickpea Flour - 100 g
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic and grated ginger until softened.

Stir in berbere spice and chickpea flour; cook 1 minute.
Step 4
Gradually whisk in vegetable broth, bringing to a gentle simmer.
Step 5
Cook, stirring, until thickened (about 15 minutes).
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, stir in chopped cilantro.
Step 7
Serve hot with injera or flatbread.
