Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Shrimp - 200 g
  • Cilantro - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Pepper - 1 to taste
  • Sea Salt - 1 to taste
  • Lime - 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Broth - 800 ml
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk - 200 ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peel and devein 200 g shrimp.

  • Step 2

    Dice 1 onion and mince 2 garlic cloves.

  • Step 3

    In a pot, heat 1 tbsp olive oil; sauté onion and garlic until soft.

  • Step 4

    Add shrimp and cook 2 min per side.

  • Step 5

    Pour in 800 ml chicken broth and 200 ml coconut milk; simmer 5 min.

  • Step 6

    Season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp lime juice.

  • Step 7

    Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped cilantro and serve hot.
