  • Rice Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Ginger - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Lime Juice - 50 ml
  • Soy Sauce - 100 ml

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

    Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir to combine.

  • Step 3

    Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

    Strain out solids if desired and serve.
