- Sea Salt - 1 tsp
- Sesame Seeds - 200 g
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2–3 minutes.

Allow the seeds to cool slightly.

Transfer the seeds to a food processor and blend until crumbly.
Step 4
With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Add salt to taste and blend to combine.
Step 6
Spoon the tahini into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
