Ingredients
- Chili Flakes - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Parsley - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 to taste
- Pepper - 1 to taste
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
Directions
Step 1
Finely chop 1 cup parsley, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 4 garlic cloves.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together chopped herbs, garlic, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, 120 ml olive oil, 60 ml vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 4
Let rest at room temperature 10 minutes to meld flavors.
Step 5
Serve as a sauce or marinade with grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables.
