Ingredients
- Milk - 1 l
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Heat the milk to 85 °C, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Remove from heat and cool to 43 °C.
Step 3
Stir in plain yogurt starter until evenly mixed.
Step 4
Pour into a clean container and cover.
Step 5
Incubate at 43 °C for 6–8 hours until set.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Ensure the milk is fully cooled to preserve live cultures before adding the starter.
