- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato Paste - 100 g
- Himalayan Pink Salt - 1 to taste
- Water - 120 ml
- Molasses - 1 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 60 ml
- Onion - 100 g
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Smoked Paprika - 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté finely chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

Stir in tomato paste, brown sugar, and molasses; cook 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add water, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; whisk to combine.
Step 4
Season with smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
Step 5
Bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Step 6
Remove from heat and let cool before using.
