Ingredients
- Cucumber - 1 pc
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 250 g
- Pepper - 1 to taste
- Sea Salt - 1 to taste
- Dill - 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
Step 1
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and chopped dill.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
Step 5
Serve chilled.
Cook's Notes
For best results, use thick Greek yogurt and let the sauce rest to develop deeper flavor.
