- Semolina - 50 g
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring milk to a gentle simmer.

Slowly whisk in semolina and sugar, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Cook over low heat until thickened (about 8–10 minutes).
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and butter.
