- Olive Oil - 5 ml
- Toast - 2 slice
Directions
Step 1
Toast the bread until golden brown.

Mash ripe avocado and season with salt and pepper.

Spread avocado on toast.
Step 4
Cook eggs sunny-side-up or poached.
Step 5
Place the egg on top of the avocado toast.
Step 6
