- Red Bell Pepper - 0.25 tsp
- Cauliflower - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.5 cup
- Pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Step 2
Slice one cauliflower head into 1-inch thick steaks.
Step 3
Brush the steaks with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.

For the chimichurri, blend together fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes until smooth.

Drizzle the chimichurri over the roasted cauliflower steaks and serve immediately.
